All products have a 12 Month Distributor Warranty except Asus, Navman and Mio which have 24 Month warranty.
We will endeavour to troubleshoot any problems that you may have with the product you have purchased but If the product seems faulty it is the responsability of the customer to contact the appropriate customer support line listed below.
Faulty products can only be replaced after authorisation by the appropriate distributor within the period indicated below.
