Enhanced Map Modes
Get a more realistic perspective by viewing streets from a 3-dimensional view. With multiple map orientation views, you can select from 3D, North-Up, and Heading-Up, whichever view works best for you. Plus, you can toggle from Arrow mode to Map Mode, whether you simply prefer three successive arrow maneuvers all the way to your destination, or a full-screen map of the area.

Setting a Destination
An intuitive interface and smart key filtering features help you quickly narrow down and lockdown your destination. With a wide variety of points of interest available in more than 40 categories, you can find your next destination in no time. There are multiple ways to narrow down your locations, from those that are near you, near your destination, or within a city – plenty of options to find your next destination. You can choose to turn on selectable map icons, which will show you places by type – such as restaurants, airports, attractions, gas stations...and you can pick the place of your choice!

Going Home
Saving your home location, saves you from typing your home address each time you return home. A convenient home button is always accessible from the main menu, so you can route yourself back home no matter where you are in one simple button press. The easiest way in the industry to set a destination!

Trip Computer
View info details like the average speed and driving time from your trip computer. The optional speed alert notifies you visually and audibly if your driving speed exceeds the value defined within the map data for the particular road you are currently driving on. You can always check on your GPS status so you know exactly how strong your GPS signal strength is and the accuracy of the position. You can even view your current altitude as well.

Personalized Settings
Your recent destinations are automatically saved. Pull up your "Recent" list to quickly go to your previous destinations. View only what you want to see on your maps, by turning map icons on/off. You can also adjust the volume of the voice guidance prompts or even turn it off if you prefer just visual guidance. The entire system is highly customizable to suit the settings preferences that are best for you. You can also save locations you frequently visit as “Favorites”. You can even select from a variety of icons to associate each “Favorite” entry.

On the Go
Most of us have a busy lifestyle and don't have time for a complicated GPS system. The PocketMap software is easy to use and convenient for users on the go. Simply insert the Micro SD card and the software is ready to use. The software will automatically recognize and connect to most devices with built-in GPS receivers.
