Payment Options:
We accept all major credit cards(Diners and Amex will incur a 3% surcharge). We also accept payment by direct deposit.

Your security is important to us. All credit card payments are directed through Westpac Bank with no card details stored by us.

For high value items, we may ask for additional identification in the form of a copy of one or more of the following:

- Utility bill
- Passport
- Drivers license
- Bank statement

Shipping And Handling:
Orders for products that are in stock, placed before 2.00 pm on weekdays (excluding public holidays), will normally be shipped on the same day. Orders that are placed after 2.00 pm, at weekends or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day. Orders that are to be shipped to a PO Box, MUST have a street address for verification purposes.

We prefer a business address for shipping as our couriers require all deliveries to be signed for. Deliveries will not be left at unattended premises.

We try to keep all items on our Website in stock. If an item cannot be shipped within 24 hours we will contact you with an estimated shipping date.

Shipping Costs:

Orders under $101 - $10 Freight
Orders under $1001 - $15 Freight
Orders over $1001 - $20 Freight

Orders will be shipped by the most efficient or cost effective method. The shipping cost does not necessarily reflect the shipping method used.

Orders may be picked up, but you will have to let us know in your order. A shipping charge will be calculated, but this will be removed once pick up has been established.
